Opens extraordinary credit, in favor of the Ministries of Transport and National Integration, at the global value of R$ 115,000,000.00, for the purposes it specifies.

I make it known that the President of the Republic adopted the Provisional Measure No. 23 of 2002 that the National Congress approved, and I, Ramez Tebet, President of the Bureau of the National Congress, for the effects of the provisions on art. 62 of the Federal Constitution, with the essay given by Constitutional Amendment No 32, 2001, promulgated the following Law:

Art. 1º It opens up extraordinary credit in the global value of R$ 115,000,000.00 (one hundred and fifteen million reais), in favor of the Ministries of Transport and National Integration, to meet the constant programming of Annex I of this Act.

Art. 2º The resources necessary for the execution of the art. 1º shall be due to the partial cancellation of the Contingency Reservation as indicated in Annex II of this Act.

Art. 3º In the foreseen hypothesis in art. 102-A of Law No. 10,233 of June 5, 2001, as amended by Provisional Measure No. 2.217-3 of September 4, 2001, the ascertained balance of the budgetary allocations, subject to Annex I of this Act, consignment to the National Department of Rhodes Roads- DNER, will be remanded to the National Department of Infrastructure Transport-DNIT.

Art. 4º This Act comes into force on the date of its publication.
