I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Ramez Tebet, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE N. 441? DE 2002

Approves the act that authorizes the COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION OF SOUSENSE BROADCASTING? ACRS to run community broadcasting service in the city of Souza, State of Paraíba.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º The act referred to in Portaria No 736 of December 12, 2000, which authorizes the Association shall be approved. Community of Sousense Broadcasting? ACRS to run, for three years, without a right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Souza, State of Paraíba.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
