DECREE NO 6,921, DE August 4, 2009.

Discriminate actions of the Acceleration Program of PAC Growth to be performed by means of mandatory transfer.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution conferring you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the provisions of art. 2^o of Law n^o 11,578, of November 26, 2007, and on the proposal of the Gestor Committee of the Growth-CGPAC Acceleration Program of June 29, 2009,

DECRETA:

Art. 1^o It is mandatory the transfers to the federated ones, necessary to the execution of the actions of the Growth-PAC Acceleration Program, set out in the Annex to this Decree, without prejudice to the provisions of the Decrees n^those 6,876, June 8, 2009, 6,807, March 25, 2009, 6,714, December 29, 2008, 6,694, December 15, 2008, 6,450, May 8, 2008, 6,326, December 27, 2007, and 6,276, from November 28, 2007.

Art. 2^o Compete to the body or entity of the federal public administration to which you are provided with the budgetary allocation for the constant action of the Annex to the formal analysis and approval of the term of commitment of which it treats § 1^the of the art. 3^o of Law n^o 11,578, of November 26, 2007.

Single Paragraph. In the event that the mandatory transfer takes effect through institution or federal public financial agent, acting as the Union's representative, it will be up to those entities for the approval that it treats the caput.

Art. 3^o Caberá to the Gestor Committee of the Growth-CGPAC Acceleration Program disclose on site on the Internet the relationship of the actions of which it treats art. 2º of Law No. 11,578, 2007, as well as to promote the updates due in that relationship, including with regard to changes in programmatic functional ones arising from budget law and their additional credits.

Art. 4^o This Decree in force on the date of its publication.
