Discriminates against actions of the growth acceleration program PAC to be performed through compulsory transfer.
The PRESIDENT of the REPUBLIC, in the use of the role that gives the art. 84, section IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the provisions of art. 2 of law no 26 of 11578 November 2007, and on a proposal from the Management Committee of the growth acceleration program-CGPAC, of 29 June 2009, DECREES: Art. 1 are mandatory transfers to the federated entities, necessary for the implementation of the actions of the growth acceleration program-PAC, listed in the annex to this Decree, without prejudice to the provisions of Decrees on 6876, June 8 2009, 6807, March 25 2009, 6714, December 29 2008, 6694, of 15 December 2008 , 6450, of 8 May 2008, 6326, of 27 December, 2007 and 6276, 28 November 2007.
Art. 2 the agency or entity of the federal public administration to which are assigned the appropriations concerning the action annex a formal review and approval of the term of appointment of the § 1 of art. 3 of law no 26 of 11578 November 2007.
Sole paragraph. In the event of compulsory transfer be effected through federal public financial institution or agent, acting as representative of the Union, it will be up to these entities the approval referred to in the caput.
Art. 3 the Managing Committee of the growth acceleration program-CGPAC disseminate in Internet Web site the list of actions contemplated in art. 2 of law No. 11578, from 2007, as well as promote the updates due in this relationship, including with regard to functional changes resulting from programmatic budget law and its additional credits.
Art. 4 this Decree in force on the date of its publication.
