I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 184, DE 2007

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the COMMUNITY BROADCASTING ASSOCIATION OF DOCTOR MAURICIO CARDOSO to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Doctor Mauritius Cardoso, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved of the act referred to in Portaria No. 264 of May 2, 2006, which outored authorization to the Community Broadcasting Association of Doctor Mauritius Cardoso to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without the right of exclusivity, service of community broadcasting in the city of Doctor Mauritius Cardoso, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
