DECREE NO 7,362, DE November 22, 2010.

Disposes on the implementation of CMC Decision n^o 01/10?Regulation of the Fund for Structural convergence of MERCOSUR?, of August 2, 2010, approved at the XXXIX Common Market Council's XXth Ordinary Meeting in San Juan, Argentina.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution that confers you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and

In view of the Treaty of Assumption, the Black Gold Protocol, Decisions n^o 11/03, 45/04, 18/05, 24/05, 43/07, 04/08, 05/08, 30/08, 44/08, 11/09, 12/09, 15/09 and 33/09 of the Council of the Common Market ;

Considering that the Regulation of the Fund for Structural Convergence of MERCOSUR, approved by the Decision CMC n^o 24/05, has on the procedural and institutional aspects of the operation of the Fund ;

Considering that it has been set for the duration of two years for the Regulation, counted from of September 2007, for the purposes of evaluating and gathering the necessary experience with respect to the mechanisms for the presentation, evaluation and approval of FOCEM projects ;

Whereas, fining that period, it is necessary to make the correction of certain elements of the mentioned Regulation, with a view to perfecting the management and use of the resources of the Fund ;

DECRETA:

Art. 1^o The CMC Decision n^o 01/10?Regulation of the Fund for Structural convergence of MERCOSUR?, apse by copy to the present Decree, will be performed and fulfilled as entirely as it contains.

Art. 2^o This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
