LEI N ° 10,009, DE September 20, 2000.

Opens to the Union Fiscal Budget, in favour of the Ministry of Finance, special credit worth R$ 33,497,000.00, for the purposes it specifies.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, I make know that the National Congress decrees and I sanction it following law:

Art. 1 ° Stay open to the Union Tax Budget (Law No. 9,969 of May 11, 2000), special creation worth R$ 33,497,000.00 (thirty-three million, four hundred and ninety and seven thousand reais), in favor of the Ministry of Finance, to meet the constant programming of the Annex of this Act.

Art. 2 ° The resources necessary for the execution of the provisions of the previous article shall be due to excess revenue collection directly raised from the Central Bank of Brazil-BACEN.

Art. 3 ° This law shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
