I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 53, DE 2005

Approves the act that renews the authorization outored to RADIO AND EDUCATIONAL TELEVISION OF THE PARANÁ-TVE to explore sound broadcasting service at modulated frequency in the city of Curitiba, State of Paraná.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 1,835 of September 12, 2002, which renews for 10 (ten) years, as of October 20, 1997, the authorization given to Radio and Educational Television of Paraná-TVE to explore, without law of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency, with exclusively educational purposes, in the city of Curitiba, State of Paraná.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
