I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Ramez Tebet, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 325, DE 2002

Approves the act that authorizes the ASSOCIATION OF CULTURAL COMMUNICATION OF EUGENOPOLIS to run community broadcasting service in the city of Eugenopolis, State of Minas Gerais.

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS DECREES:

Art. 1º It gets approved the act as referred to in Portaria No. 211 of April 18, 2001 authorising the Eugenopolis Cultural Communication Association to perform, for three years, without the right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Eugenopolis, State of Minas Gerais.

Art. 2º This Decree Legislative shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
