I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 824, DE 2003

Approves the act renewing the concession of JURITI RADIO OF PARACATU LTDA. to explore medium-wave noise broadcasting service in the city of Paracatu, State of Minas Gerais.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Decree s / para. of November 3, 1997, which renews, as of May 6, 1988, the concession of the Juriti Radio de Paracatu Ltda. to explore, for ten years, without a right of exclusivity, average wave broadcasting service in the city of Paracatu, State of Minas Gerais.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
