DECREE OF December 30, 2004

Instituting the year 2005 as "National Year of Promotion of Racial Equality", and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution that confers you the art. 84, inciso II, of the Constitution,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º It is instituted the year 2005 as "National Year of Promotion of Racial Equality".

Art. 2º The coordination of activities related to the commemorations of the "National Year of Promotion of Racial Equality" is borne by the Ministry of Culture and the Special Office of Racial Equality Promotion Policies of the Presidency of the Republic

Art. 3º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
