I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, under the single paragraph of the art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 304, DE 2013 (*)

Approves the text of Decision CMC No 63, 2010, High Representative-General of Mercosur, approved at the XL Ordinary Meeting of the Common Market Council, held in Foz do Iguaçu, State of Paraná, on December 16, 2010.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º The text of the CMC Decision No 63, 2010, High Representative-General of Mercosur, approved at the XL Ordinary Meeting of the Common Market Council, held in Foz do Iguaçu, State of Paraná, on December 16, 2010.

Single Paragraph. They shall be subject to the approval of the National Congress any acts that may result in revision of the said Decision, as well as any further adjustments which, pursuant to the inciso I of the art. 49 of the Federal Constitution, carries charges or written commitments to national heritage.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
