DECREE OF August 29, 2014

Outorga concession to Matrix Broadcasting and Telecommunication Ltda., to explore broadcasting service of sounds and images, in the Municipality of Campo Grande, State of Mato Grosso do Sul.

THE CHAIRMAN OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confer you the art. 84, caput, inciso IV, and art. 223 of the Constitution, in view of the provisions of the art. 34, § 1º, of Law No. 4,117 of August 27, 1962, and on art. 29 of the Regulation of Broadcasting Services, approved by Decree No. 52,795 of October 31, 1963, and in accordance with the provisions of Case No. 53670.001287/2002, Competition No. 156/2001-SSR/MC,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º It shall be given concession to Matrix Broadcasting and Telecommunications Ltda., to explore, by the term of fifteen years, without the right of exclusivity, broadcasting service of sounds and images, in the Municipality of Campo Grande, State of Mato Grosso do South.

Single Paragraph. The concession will be governed by the Brazilian Telecommunications Code, subsequent laws, regulations and obligations assumed by the outord.

Art. 2º This act will only produce legal effects after deliberation of the National Congress, pursuant to § 3º of the art. 223 of the Constitution

Art. 3º The contract arising from this concession is to be signed within sixty days, counted from the date of publication of the deliberation that it treats the art. 2º.

Art. 4º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
