I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No.35, DE 2011

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the COMMUNITY BROADCASTING ASSOCIATION FERRARIA to run community broadcasting service in the city of Campo Largo, State of Paraná.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 1,109 of December 23, 2008, which outored authorization to the Ferraria Community Broadcasting Association to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, broadcasting service community in the city of Campo Largo, State of Paraná.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
