I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, under the single paragraph of the art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE N °-498, DE 2012

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION OF NEIGHBORHOODS OF NEIGHBORHOODS to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Alto Paraguay, State of Mato Grosso.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 1,005 of December 11, 2009, which outored authorization to the Community Association of Friends of Neighbourhoods to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, broadcasting service community in the city of Alto Paraguay, State of Mato Grosso.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
