I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 502, DE 2004

Approves the act authorising the ARTISTIC DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION, CULTURAL AND SOCIAL DE JUARA-MT to run community broadcasting service in the city of Juara, State of Mato Grosso.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º Is the act referred to in Portaria No 2,294 of October 31, 2002, which authorizes the Association for Artistic, Cultural and Social Development of Juara? MT to perform, without a right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Juara, State of Mato Grosso, rectifying the period of authorization for 10 (ten) years, in view of the provisions of Law No. 10,597 of December 11, 2002.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
