Aproof the act that outorship permission to RBN? BRAZIL NETWORK NORTH COMMUNICATION LTDA. to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Dianópolis, State of the Tocantins.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1 ° Stay approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 593 of October 4, 2000, which outorship permission to RBN? Network Brazil North of Communication Ltda. to explore, for ten years, without a right of exclusivity, radio broadcasting service in frequency modulated in the city of Dianópolis, State of the Tocantins.

Art. 2 ° This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
