DECREE OF November 18, 2008.

Opens to the Union Fiscal Budget, in Ministries of Mines and Energy, Transport, Communications, Environment, National Integration and Cities, supplemental credit in global value of R$ 110,588,183.00, for reinforcement of appropriations in Budget Law vigor.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution conferring you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the authorizations contained in art. 4^o, incisos I, points?a?,?c? e?d?, II, IV, V, point?a?, IX, XVI, point?b?, and § 1^o, inciso I, of Law n^o 11,647, of March 24, 2008, and at art. 60, § 1^o, of Law n^o 11,514, of August 13, 2007,

DECRETA:

Art. 1^o It is open to the Union Tax Budget (Law n^o 11,647, 24 of March 2008), in favor of the Ministries of Mines and Energy, Transport, Communications, Environment, National Integration and Cities, supplemental credit in the global value of R$ 110,588,183.00 percent (one hundred and ten million, five hundred and eighty-eight thousand, one hundred and eighty-three real ones), to meet the constant programming of Annex I of this Decree.

Art. 2^o The resources required to open the credit that it treats art. 1^the stem from:

I-excess collection, worth R$ 86,114,148.00 (eighty-six million, one hundred and fourteen one thousand, one hundred and forty-eight reais), being:

a) R$ 74,737,810.00 (seventing and four million, seven hundred and thirty-seven thousand, eight hundred and ten real) of Ordinary Resources ;

b) R$ 11,094,740.00 (eleven million, ninety and four thousand, seven hundred and forty-real) Resources Non-Financial Themselves ;

c) R$ 97,671.00 (ninety-seven thousand, seishundred and seventy and a real) of own Resources Financials ; and

d) R$ 183,927.00 (one hundred and eighty-three thousand, nine hundred and twenty-seven reais) of Resources of Convêns ; and

II-partial cancellation of budget appropriations, worth R$ 24,474,035.00 (twenty-four million, four hundred and seventus and four thousand, thirty-five reais), as indicated in Annex II of this Decree.

Art. 3^o This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
