I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 375, DE 2009

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the ASSOCIATION OF COMMUNICATION AND CULTURE OF CAETANÓPOLIS to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Caetanópolis, State of Minas Gerais.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 611 of November 6, 2007, which outorga authorization to the Communication and Culture Association of Caetanopolis to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Caetanópolis, State of Minas Gerais.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
