I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 194, DE 2003

Approves the act authorising the COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION OF CULTURE, LEISURE AND ENTERTAINMENT OF SERRANA to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Serrana, State of São Paulo.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 730 of November 26, 2001 authorising the Community Association of Culture, Lazer and Entertainment of Serrana, to be executed, by the ten-year period without the right of exclusivity, service of community broadcasting in the city of Serrana, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
