DECREE OF June 8, 2005

Declaration of public utility, for the purposes of dispropriation, by the National Department of Works Against the Secas (DNOCS), the land area it mentions, located in the Municipalities of São Julion and Pio IX, in the State of Piauí, and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution conferring you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the willing in the arts. 5º, points "and" and "p", of Decree-Law No. 3,365 of June 21, 1941, and 28 of Law No. 6,662 of June 25, 1979,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º It is declared to be of public utility, for the purposes of misappropriation, by the National Department of Works Against Secas (DNOCS), the area of land and respective benefits, titled to various private individuals, with approximately 2,012.5436 ha, covered by the construction of the Barragem Piaus, located in the Municipalities of São Julion and Pio IX, in the State of Piauí, according to the constant plant of the Process in the 59400-002234-2004/63, thus described: departing from the Marco M-00, milestone of coordinates U.T.M. Art. 2º The DNOCS will promote, with resources allocated in its budget, the misappropriation that it treats this Decree, and may, for the purpose of immission in possession, aller the urgency to which the art refers. 15 of Decree-Law No. 3,365 of June 21, 1941.

Art. 3º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
