I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 441, DE 2005

Aproof the act that renews permission outored to TRANSAMERIC RADIO OF BAHIA LTDA. to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Salvador, State of Bahia.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 441 of September 11, 1997, which renews for 10 (ten) years, as of 1º May 1994, the permission given to the Transamerica Radio of Bahia Ltda. to explore, without a right of exclusivity, frequently modulated sound broadcasting service in the city of Salvador, State of Bahia.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
