I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I,Garibaldi Alves Filho, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 163, DE 2008

Aproof the act that renews the concession outored to the JOÃO XXIII Foundation to explore medium wave sound-broadcasting service in the city of Mafra, State of Santa Catarina.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Decree s / No, of July 18, 2006, which renews for 10 (ten) years, from 1º May 2004, the concession awarded to the João XXIII Foundation to explore, without the right of exclusivity, service of medium wave radio broadcasting in the city of Mafra, State of Santa Catarina.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
