I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, under the single paragraph of the art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO-115, DE 2013

Approves the act renewing the concession bestoned on FOUNDING MATER ET MAGISTRA DE LONDRINA to explore sound broadcasting service in tropical waves in the city of Londrina, Paraná state.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Decree s / para. of July 27, 2010, which renews for 10 (ten) years, from 1º May 2003, the concession given to the Mater ET Magistra Foundation of Londrina to explore, without a right of exclusivity, sound-broadcasting service in tropical waves in the city of Londrina, State of Paraná.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
