I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Ramez Tebet, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 271, DE 2002

Approves the act that outorship concession to foundation August 14 to run broadcasting service of sounds and images in the city of Parnaíba, State of Piauí.

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS DECREES:

Art. 1º The act referred to in Decree s / # of November 26, 2001, which is hereby approved, shall be approved. outorga grant to the Foundation August 14 to perform, for fifteen years, without the right of exclusivity, broadcasting service of sounds and images, with exclusively educational purposes, in the town of Parnaíba, State of Piauí.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
