DECREE NO 3,368, DE February 22, 2000.

Has about the remanding of the posts in commission and gratified functions that it mentions, and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments conferring you the art. 84, incisos IV and VI, of the Constitution,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º stay remanded, in the form of this article and from Annex I to this Decree, the following positions in Group commission-Direction and Superiors-DAS and Gratified Functions-FG:

I-from the Office of Management, the Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management, arising from the extinction of organs of the Federa Public Administration, for the Superintendence of Private Insurance, two DAS 101.3 ; and

II-of the Private Insurance Superintendency, to the Management Registry, Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management, four DAS 101.2 and eight FG -1.

Art. 2º As a result of the provisions of the preceding Article, Annex LVIII to Decree No 1,351 of December 28, 1994 shall be in force in the form of Annex II to this Decree.

Art. 3º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.

Art. 4º Revokes the Decrees 1,772, January 4, 1996, and 2,085, of December 2, 1996.
