I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Paulo Paim, First Deputy Speaker of the Federal Senate, in the exercise of the presidency, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 84, DE 2004

Approves the act authorizing the Sports Cultural Benefit Association and Recreative Varzeana-ABECERV to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Várzea of the Poço, State of Bahia.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 395 of March 19, 2002 authorizing the Recreational Cultural Benefit Association and Recreative Varzeana-ABECERV to perform, for ten years, without a right of exclusivity, service of community broadcasting in the city of Várzea of the Poço, State of Bahia.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
