I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 1,079, DE 2005

Approves the act that authorizes the PRO ASSOCIATION DEVELOPMENT OF WHITE CERRO to run community broadcasting service in the city of Cerro Branco, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 685 of December 9, 2003 authorising the Association for the Development of White Cerro to be executed, for 10 (ten) years, without the right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of White Cerro, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
