I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE N °- 278, DE 2012

Aproof the act that renews the concession outored to RADIO SOCIETY CARIJÓS LTDA. to explore sound broadcasting service in medium waves in the city of Advisor Lafaiette, State of Minas Gerais.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Decree s / para. of August 4, 2010, which renews for 10 (ten) years, from 1º November 2003, the concession bestoned on the Carijós Radio Society Ltda. to explore, without a right to exclusivity, sound broadcasting service in medium waves in the city of Advisor Lafaiette, State of Minas Gerais.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
