PROVISIONAL MEASURE # 2.010-38, OF November 23, 2000.

It gives new essay to art. 1º of Law No. 9,530 of December 10, 1997.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution that confers you the art. 62 of the Constitution, adopts the following Interim Measure, with force of law:

Art. 1º The art. 1º of Law No. 9,530 of December 10, 1997, passes vigorously with the following essay:

II-the financial surplus of funds, municipalities and foundations, members of the fiscal budget and social follow-on, ascertained in the balance sheet of the financial year 1997 and following, in the terms of the art. 43, § 2º, of Law No. 4,320 of March 17, 1964, ressaved that of the National Development Fund for Education-FNDE, that of the National Cultural Fund-FNC, that of the Defence Fund of the Cafeeira-FUNCAFE, that of the National Development Fund -FND, that of the Maritime Vocational Education Development Fund-FDEPM, that of the Higher Education Student Funding Fund, that of the Land and Agrarian Reform Fund-Bank of the Earth, that of the Rural Insurance Stability Fund, the of the Merchant-FMM Navy Fund, that of the National Scientific and Technological Development Fund-FNDCT, that of the Guarantee Fund for Promotion of Competitiveness-FGPC and the resources arising from direct contributions of public servants with specific purpose ;

§ 3º Applies the provisions of the inciso II of this article to the FGPC, since the financial year 1998.? (NR)

Art. 2º Stay convalidated the acts practiced on the basis of the Provisional Measure No. 2.010-37 of October 24, 2000.

Art. 3º This Provisional Measure shall come into force on the date of its publication.
