I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Paulo Paim, First Deputy Speaker of the Federal Senate, in the exercise of the presidency, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 67, DE 2004

Approves the act that renews the concession outored to Radio Progress Ltda. to explore medium-wave noise broadcasting service in the city of São Leopoldo, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º The act referred to in Decree s / # of June 25, 2001, which renews, as of 1º May 1994, shall be approved, the concession awarded to Radio Progress Ltda. to explore, for ten years, without a right of exclusivity, medium wave soundbroadcasting service in the city of São Leopoldo, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
