I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, under the single paragraph of the art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO-252, DE 2013

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the SOCIAL CARE ASSOCIATION SOCIAL AND ASSISTENCIAL MARCONDENSE to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Alfredo Marcondes, State of São Paulo.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 131 of March 11, 2010, which outored authorization to the Community Association of Social and Assistential Service Marcondense to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, service of community broadcasting in the city of Alfredo Marcondes, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
