LEI No. 12,949, DE December 27, 2013

Opens to the Investment Budget for 2013, in favor of the Brazilian Company of Airport Infrastructure-Infrero, supplemental credit worth R$ 455,020,300.00, for the purposes it specifies.

A P R E S I D E N T A R E P U B L I C A, I do know that the National Congress decrees and I sanction the following Law:

Art. 1º It is open to the Investment Budget (Law No. 12,798 of April 4, 2013) supplementary credit worth R$ 455,020,300.00 (four hundred and fifty-five million, twenty thousand and three hundred reais), in favor of the Brazilian Company of Airport Infrastructure-Infraero, to meet the constant programming of Annex I.

Art. 2º The resources required for the opening of credit that it treats art. 1º are from resources for increased net worth, as demonstrated in the "Summary by Revenue Synthesis" constant of Annex I, and of the cancellation of part of appropriations approved for other projects / activities listed in Annex II.

Art. 3º This Act shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
