I do know that the NATIONAL CONGRESS has approved, and I, ANTONIO CARLOS MAGALHÃES, PRESIDENT of the FEDERAL SENATE, in the terms of art. 48, item 28, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 141, DE 2000.

Approves the act that outorship permission to?Foundation of Research, Planning and Scientific and Technological Development of Toledo (Toledo Foundation)? to perform sound broadcasting service at a modulated frequency in the city of Toledo, State of Paraná.

decrees:

Art. 1º Is the act as referred to in Portaria No. 294 of December 9, 1998, which outorship permission to?Foundation of Research, Planning and Scientific and Technological Development of Toledo (Toledo Foundation)? to perform, for ten years, without a right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service on a modulated frequency, with exclusively educational purposes, in the city of Toledo, State of Paraná.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
