I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, under the single paragraph of the art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 293, DE 2015

Sustes the effects of the Interministerial Portaria No 192 of October 5, 2015 from the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply and the Ministry of the Environment.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º Stay raised the normative effects of Interministerial Portaria No 192 of October 5, 2015 from the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply and the Ministry of the Environment.

Art. 2º The Executive Power will adopt the necessary arrangements for compliance with this Legislative Decree.

Art. 3º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
