I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, under the terms of the single paragraph of art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 55, DE 2015

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the COMMUNITY RADIO ASSOCIATION AGUIARNOPOLIS to run community broadcasting service in the city of Aguiarnopolis, State of the Tocantins.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 119 of March 2, 2012, which outored authorization to the Aguiarnopolic Community Radio Association to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Aguiarnópolis, State of the Tocantins.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
