I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 251, DE 2004

Approves the act renewing the grant of SOCIETY PITANGUI OF COMMUNICATION LTDA. to explore medium-wave noise broadcasting service in the city of Ponta Grossa, State of Paraná.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Decree s / No, from 1º February 2002, which renews, as of July 13, 1996, the grant of the Pitangui Society of Communication Ltda. to explore, for ten years, without a right of exclusivity, average wave broadcasting service in the city of Ponta Grossa, State of Paraná.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
