I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Ramez Tebet, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE N. 506? DE 2002

Approves the act that authorizes the ASSOCIATION OF MOTHERS OF PIRAPEMAS to run community broadcasting service in the city of Pirapemas, State of the Maranhão.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 255 of June 7, 2000 authorizing the Association of Mothers of Pirapems to perform, for three years, without a right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Pirapemas, State of the Maranhão.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
