LEI No. 11,682, DE May 27, 2008.

Disposes on the transformation and creation of posts in commission and commissioned duties in the Office of the Secretariat of the Secretariat of the Regional Court of Labour of the 12a Region and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC I do know that the National Congress decrees and I sanction it following Law:

Art. 1st San transformed and created, in the Court Registry Personnel Framework Regional Labour of the 12a Region, the positions in commission and the commissioned functions set out in Annexes I and II of this Act.

Art. 2nd The expenses arising from the implementation of this Act will run into the account of resources budget of the Regional Labour Tribunal of the 12a Region.

Art. 3rd This Act shall come into force on the date of its publishing.
