DECREE OF February 10, 2003.

Homologous the administrative demarcation of the Indigenous Land Guató, located in the Municipality of Corumbá, in the State of Mato Grosso do Sul.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution that confers you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and having in view of art. 19, § 1st, of the Law No 6,001 of December 19, 1973, and the art. 5th of Decree No 1,775 of January 8, 1996,

DECRETA:

Art. 1st It is homologated to administrative demarcation, promoted by the Indian-FUNAI National Foundation, of Indigenous land intended for the permanent possession of the indigenous Guató group, hereinafter described: the Indigenous Land named Guató, with surface of ten thousand, novice and eighty-four hectares, seventy and nine airs and forty-one centiars and perimeter of ninety and four thousand, four hundred and ninety-two meters and forty-three centimeters, situated in the Municipality of Corumbá, in the State of Mato Grosso from the South, it is confined to the following limits: GLEBA A, with surface of nine thousand, five hundred and fifty hectares, thirty-two airs and eighty-nine centials and seventy-one perimeter and one thousand, seven hundred and fifty and four metres and sixty and sixty and sixty and sixty-five five centimeters. NORTH: departing from point P-03, of approxic geodetic coordinates 17 ° 34'26.0 " S and 57 ° 47' 02,8" WGr., located at the confluence of the Peter II Canal with the Uberaba Lagoon, on the international border Brazil / Bolivia, follows, marching the aforementioned lagoon, passing through the Border Marco Uberaba Sul, up to point P-04, of approxic geodetic coordinates 17 ° 34'02.6 " S and 57 ° 44' 22,8" WGr. ; hence follows by a straight line, traversing the Uberaba Lagoon, up to point P-05, of approxic geodetic coordinates. 17 ° 34'02.6 "S and 57 ° 44' 07,5" WGr., located on its margin ; hence, it follows, marching the aforementioned lagoon, up to point P-01, of approxic geodetic coordinates 17 ° 32'16.8" S and 57 ° 43' 07,0" WGr., located at the confluence of the Uberaba Lagoon with the Channel of the Painted ; EAST: from the point before described, it follows through the Pintado Channel to the P-02 point, of approxic geodetic coordinates 17 ° 37' 35.6 " S and 57 ° 41'30,1" WGr., located in its confluence with the Paraguay River ; hence, it follows by this, downstream, until the milestone M-02, of geodetic coordinates 17 ° 38'16, 161 "S and 57 ° 41'21,555" WGr., located on its right margin ; SUL: from the point before described, follows by a straight line up to the milestone M-01, from geodetic coordinates 17 ° 38' 16.543" S and 57 ° 41'34,542" WGr.; hence, follows by a straight line up to the landmark SAT-01, of geodetic coordinates 17 ° 38'18, 192 "S and 57 ° 41'34,073" WGr. ; hence, follows by a straight line up to the milestone M-03, of geodetic coordinates 17 ° 38' 34, 852" S and 57 ° 41'45, 951" WGr. ; hence, follows by a line straight up to the milestone M-04, from geodetic coordinates 17 ° 38'51, 968 "S and 57 ° 42' 14, 385" WGr. ; hence, follows by a straight line up to the milestone M-05, from geodetic coordinates 17th39'09, 219" S and 57th42' 43,052" WGr. ; hence, follows by a straight line up to the milestone M-06, of geodetic coordinates 17 ° 39'26, 477 "S and 57 ° 43' 11, 742" WGr. ; hence, follows by a straight line up to the milestone M-07, of geodetic coordinates 17 ° 39'55, 456" S and 57 ° 43' 59, 905" WGr. ; hence, follows by a straight line up to the milestone M-08, from coordinates geodetic 17 ° 39'43, 388 "S and 57 ° 44' 33, 376" WGr. ; hence, follows by a straight line up to the milestone M-09, of geodetic coordinates 17 ° 39'31, 329" S and 57 ° 45 842" WGr. ; hence, follows by a straight line up to the milestone M-10, from geodetic coordinates 17 ° 39' 56, 137 " S and 57 ° 45' 33, 632 " WGr., located on the left bank of the Peter II Canal, at the international border Brazil / Bolivia; WEST: of the milestone before described, follows the amount of the Canal Pedro II, by the international border Brazil / Bolivia, up to the landmark SAT-02, of geodetic coordinates 17 ° 39'50, 725 " S and 57 ° 45' 36, 766" WGr. ; hence, follows the amount of the Canal Pedro II, by the international border Brazil / Bolivia up to point P-03, start of the description of this perimeter ; GLEBA B: surface of a thousand, four hundred and thirty and four hectares, forty-six airs and fifty-two centials and perimeter of twenty-two thousand, seven hundred and thirty-seven meters and seventy-eight centimeters. NORTH: departing from point P-01, of approxic geodetic coordinates 17 ° 40'15.7 " S and 57 ° 42' 04,9" WGr., located in the confluence of the Lagoon Gaíba with the Vazon Canal of the Lagoon of the Alegre, follows by this up to the milestone SAT-04, of geodetic coordinates 17 ° 39'48, 328 "S and 57 ° 41'55, 352" WGr., located on the boundary between the firm land and the flood of the Indian Island or Bela View of the North ; hence, it follows by this limit to the landmark SAT-03, of geodetic coordinates 17 ° 38' 58, 815" S and 57 ° 41'01, 637 " WGr, located on the right bank of the Paraguay River ; EAST: from the point before described, it follows by the right bank of the Paraguay River, downstream, up to point P-03, of approxic geodetic coordinates 17 ° 43' 00.6 " S and 57 ° 41'08,2" WGr., located at the confluence with the Lagoon Gaíba ; SUL/WEST: from the point before described, follows, marching the Gaíba Lagoon, up to point P-01, start of the description of this perimeter. Art. 2nd Indigenous land of which it treats this Decree, situated in the border strip, shall submit to the provisions of the art. 20, § 2nd, of the Constitution.

Art. 3rd This Decree comes into force on the date of its publication.
