I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 747, DE 2009

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MONSIGNOR DAVID to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Coluna, State of Minas Gerais.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 487 of August 24, 2007, which outored authorization to the Community Association Monsignor David to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Coluna, State of Minas Gerais.

Art. 2 This Legislative Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
