DECREE OF December 4, 2007.

Transfers budget allocations from the Fiscal Budget of the Union, of the Ministry of Transport for the Presidency of the Republic, worth R$ 65,295,323.00.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution conferring you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the authorisation contained in art. 74 of Law No 11,439 of December 29, 2006,

DECRETA:

Art. 1st Ficam transferred, from the Ministry of Transport to the Presidency of the Republic, the budgetary allocations in the Union Tax Budget (Law No 11,451 of February 7, 2007), worth R$ 65,295,323.00 (sixty-five million, two hundred and ninety five thousand, three hundred and twenty-three reais), according to the Annexes I and II of this Decree.

Art. 2nd This Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
