I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No.781, DE 2010

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION OF MATER BROADCASTING to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Maters, State of the Tocantins.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is hereby approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 365 of June 16, 2009, which outored authorization to the Community Association of Broadcasting of Matters to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, broadcasting service community in the city of Maters, State of the Tocantins.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
