LEI No. 10,943, DE September 16, 2004

Provides on the creation of posts in commission and commissioned functions in the Superior Court of Justice Personnel Framework and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC I do know that the National Congress decrees and I sanction the following Law:

Art. 1º Stay set up in the Board of Superior Court of Justice posts in commission CJ-3 and CJ-2, as well as commissioned functions FC-4, FC-5 and FC-6 in the form of the Annex to this Act.

Art. 2º The Superior Court of Justice will lower the acts necessary for the application of this Act.

Art. 3º The expenses arising from the implementation of this Act shall run on account of the budgetary allocations to the Superior Court of Justice in the General Budget of the Union.

Art. 4º This Act shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
