I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 25, DE 2003

Approves the act that renews the permission given to the foundation Father anchieta? center São Paulo radio and educational tv to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1 ° Stay approved the act referred to in Portaria n ° 127 of March 14, 2001, which renews for ten years, from 1 ° May 1994, the permission granted to Father Anchieta Foundation? Center Paulista de Radio and Educational TV to explore, without a right of exclusivity, radio broadcasting service at a modulated frequency in the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2 ° This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
