LEI No. 11,410, DE December 15, 2006.

Opens to the Union Fiscal Budget, in order for Official Credit Operations, supplementary credit worth R$ 239,432,440.00, for reinforcement of appropriations in the current Budget Act.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC I do know that the National Congress decrees and I sanction the following Law:

Art. 1st opens to the Union Fiscal Budget (Law No 11,306 of May 16, 2006), in Official Credit Operations credit, supplementary credit worth R$ 239,432,440.00 (two hundred and thirty-nine million, four hundred and thirty-two thousand, four hundred and forty reais), to meet the constant programming of Annex I of this Law.

Art. 2nd The resources required for opening the credit that it treats art. 1st result of partial cancellation of budget appropriations as indicated in Annex II of this Act.

Art. 3rd This Act shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
