DECREE OF February 12, 2015

Reopens, in favor of various organs of the Executive Power, of Union Financial Charges, of Transfers to States, Federal District and Municipalities and of Official Credit Operations, extraordinary and special credits, worth R$ 1,790,657,691.00, opened by the Provisional Measier and the Laws that specifies.

THE REPUBLIC OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution that confers you the art. 84, caput, inciso IV, and in view of the willing on art. 167, § 2º, of the Constitution, and in the caput of art. 47 of Law No. 13,080 of January 2, 2015,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º Stay reopened extraordinary and special credits, opened by the Provisional Measure no 666, December 30, 2014, and by the Laws at 13,069, No. 13,074 and No. 13,079, all from December 30, 2014, in favor of various organs of the Executive Power, of Financial Charges of the Union, of Transfers to States, Federal District and Municipalities and of Official Credit Operations, up to the limit of balances ascertained on December 31, 2014, worth R$ 1,790,657,691.00 (one billion, seven hundred, and ninety millions, seishundred and fifty-seven thousand, six hundred and ninety and one real), to meet the constant programming of the Attachment.

Art. 2º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
