I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 545, DE 2004

Approves the act that outorates permission to RADIO FM MAR AZUL LTDA. to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Itapema, State of Santa Catarina.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 1,942, from 1º October 2002, outorga permission to Radio FM Mar Azul Ltda. to explore, for ten years, without a right of exclusivity, radio broadcasting service in frequency modulated in the city of Itapema, State of Santa Catarina.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
