I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No.190, DE 2011

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION OF THE CITY OF QUIXABA to run community broadcasting service in the city of Quixaba, State of Paraíba.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is hereby approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 569 of August 13, 2009, which outored authorization to the Community Association of the City of Quixaba to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the town of Quixaba, State of Paraíba.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
