I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I,Garibaldi Alves Filho, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 293, DE 2008

Approves the act that outorship permission to RADIO SOUND TOCANTINS LTDA. to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Pedro Afonso, State of the Tocantins.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 968 of November 20, 2006, which outorga permission to Radio Sound tocantins Ltda. to explore, for 10 (ten) years, with no right of exclusivity, sound-broadcasting service in modulated frequency, in the city of Pedro Afonso, State of the Tocantins.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
